Here are my top 10 favorite national parks in the continental US.
Zion National Park
Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah, is my top pick because of its beautiful red cliffs and exciting hikes. It has many trails for hikers of all levels. One of the most famous hikes is Angel’s Landing, known for its narrow path with steep drops on both sides. Other great trails include the Narrows, Zion Canyon Overlook, and Emerald Pools. For a quieter experience, check out the hidden Cab Canyon in the northwest part of the park.
Glacier National Park
In northern Montana, Glacier National Park is known for its clear blue lakes and glaciers. This park offers peace and adventure, with places like Lake McDonald and Logan Pass that are easy to reach for families. More experienced hikers can try the Highline Trail and Iceberg Lake.
