South Korean smartphone maker Samsung’s Galaxy A56 may launch soon. It will replace the Galaxy A55 that was introduced in March this year. It can be given Exynos 1580 as a processor. It may have the new Android 15 operating system.
The smartphone has been spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench which has revealed some of its specifications. Its model number is – SM-A566B. It may be powered by Samsung’s new Exynos 1580 chipset. This smartphone may have Android 15 OS. The Galaxy A56 has also been spotted on the IMEI database. However, Samsung has not announced the launch date of this smartphone. It can be brought in the first quarter of next year.
Last month, Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 FE in the country. Its design is similar to Galaxy S24. It has Exynos 2400e as the processor. This smartphone has a triple rear camera unit with a 50-megapixel primary camera. It has a 10-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. It also supports Galaxy AI features. The Galaxy S24 FE will go on sale from October 3. This smartphone has 8 GB of RAM. It has three storage options – 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. It will be available in Blue, Graphite, Grey, Mint and Yellow colors.
Android 14 operating system has been given in this dual SIM (nano) smartphone. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB Type-C port. Samsung is gearing up to launch a smartphone with a large and rollable display. It will have a flexible screen that can be fully opened to get a large display. The company launched its first foldable smartphone six years ago. Earlier the company had showcased a hybrid device that could fold and slide simultaneously.
